HOW IT WORKS

Select your size, colour and customization options when placing your order.

Once your order is submitted, I’ll create a digital mockup and send it to you for approval before production begins. This gives us a chance to make sure the colours, wording and placement are exactly how you want them.

Your item will not go into production until the mockup has been approved.

CUSTOMIZATION

Use the customization fields provided to enter the details you’d like included in your design.

Please double-check all spelling, names, numbers and other details before submitting your order.

TURNAROUND TIME

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be completed.

Turnaround time begins once all design details have been received and your mockup has been approved. Delays in approving your mockup may extend the completion date.

Each piece is designed and made specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of these items, all customized orders are final sale.

Slight variations in colour, sizing and design placement may occur between the digital mockup and finished garment.
